Are looking to gain upper body strength but don't know where to start? Do you already have advanced strength programming but would like additional accessory work that will improve strength and create a next-level edge? If you said yes to either of those questions, this is your program! Create a strong and toned upper body, with minimal time and equipment, while also improving posture in this 9 week program. This is a group class that will meet live, virtually, once a week! Experience community, fun, friendship, accountability, and real-time coaching with a trained instructor while also gaining confidence, energy and motivation as you work towards your goal. The program focuses on gaining balanced strength on each side of the body while recognizing and preventing movement mechanics that could potentially result in pain.
